Terms and Conditions
Effective October 3, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
myEDHLeague (the "Service") is a website for organizing and tracking Commander (EDH) leagues, operated by MyEDHLeague, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
- Accounts are created by invitation from a league. You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep your email address current, since that's where invites, notifications, and password resets go.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
- One person per account. Don't share your account or create accounts on someone else's behalf without their permission.
- For security, we may sign you out after periods of inactivity or ask you to log in again.
4. Leagues and league managers
Most leagues are created and run by users ("league managers"). We may also host some leagues ourselves ("leagues we host"). In those leagues, we act as the league manager, and they're marked as hosted by myEDHLeague. League managers set their league's rules, scoring, schedule, sign-up process, and any prizes. They can also accept or remove players, edit match results, and manage league settings.
- Leagues run by other users. We provide the tools only. We don't organize, supervise, or sponsor these leagues or the events where their games are played. Any venue, game store, meetup, prize, entry fee, or prize support is solely between you, the league manager, and the venue, and we aren't responsible for it.
- Leagues we host. We'll describe each league's format, schedule, location, any entry fee, and any prizes when it opens for sign-ups, and those details are part of these terms for that league. Games may be played at third-party venues, such as game stores, which are responsible for their own premises and house rules. We aren't responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property, including your cards, at any venue.
- Questions about standings, scoring, rulings, or removal from a league should go to that league's manager first.
- League managers agree to run their leagues fairly, to use players' information only for running the league, and to only post locations, store details, and schedules they have the right to share.
- A league's records, such as match results, standings, and statistics, are part of the league's history and may stay visible to that league's members even after a player leaves.
5. Your content
"Your content" means things you submit to the Service, such as your display name, profile picture, deck lists, match results and notes, league names and descriptions, and sign-up requests.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and process it as needed to operate and improve the Service - for example, showing your decks and results to other members of your leagues, posting match updates to a league's connected Discord server, and including your results in league exports.
- Some content is shown more widely than your league: for example, a league's public sign-up page shows that league's name, description, and location details to anyone with the link.
- You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to submit it. Don't upload images or text you don't have permission to use.
- We may remove or hide content that we believe violates these terms, but we don't review content before it's posted and aren't obligated to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a league, store, or organization;
- falsify match results, standings, or deck lists, or otherwise manipulate a league's outcome;
- access other people's accounts or leagues without permission, or try to get around permission checks;
- probe, scan, or test the Service's security, or interfere with or overload it;
- access the Service by automated means except as allowed under "Automated access and APIs" below;
- use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages; or
- use the Service in any way that breaks the law.
Automated access and APIs
The Service is meant to be used by people, through its website and the features we provide. Unless we've given you explicit permission in writing, you may not access or use the Service, including its APIs and other internal endpoints, by programmatic or automated means. This includes:
- scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other software that sends requests to the Service;
- AI agents, AI-powered browsers or assistants, or other automated tools acting on your behalf to read, submit, or change anything on the Service;
- calling the Service's APIs directly rather than through its web pages; and
- collecting, copying, or mining content or data from the Service, including to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
This doesn't restrict features we provide for this purpose, such as league exports and our Discord bot, or search engines indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt file. To ask for permission, contact us using the details in section 18. We may grant, limit, or withdraw permission at any time, and we may block, rate-limit, or suspend any access that we believe is automated. Permission doesn't let anyone see more information than the account they're using is allowed to see.
7. Discord integration
You can optionally link your Discord account, and league managers can optionally connect a league to a Discord server so our bot can post match threads, results, and announcements there. Linking lets us use your Discord user ID, username, and avatar for those features. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for Discord's service. You can unlink your Discord account at any time from your profile, and league managers can disconnect their server from league settings.
8. Card data, prices, and Wizards of the Coast
- myEDHLeague is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Magic: The Gathering and its card names, images, and symbols are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
- Card data and prices come from Scryfall, a third party we're not affiliated with. Prices, budget figures, and cheaper-card suggestions are estimates for informational purposes only. They may be out of date or wrong, and they aren't an offer to buy or sell anything. Don't rely on them for purchasing decisions. Leagues with a deck budget use these estimates to check submitted decks, and the league's manager has the final say on whether a deck meets the budget.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we handle your information as described there.
10. Emails we send
We send emails needed to use the Service, such as league invitations, sign-up decisions, password resets, and notifications about your leagues. These are part of the Service, and you'll receive them while you have an account or a pending sign-up.
We may also offer optional emails, such as blog posts, newsletters, or announcements about new features and leagues we host. You'll only receive these if you opt in, and every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
11. Fees and payments
The core Service is currently free. We may offer paid features, subscriptions, entry into leagues we host for a fee, or the option to support the Service with a voluntary contribution. If you make a payment to us:
- Pricing and checkout. We'll show you the price, what's included, and any renewal terms before you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable taxes, which you're responsible for.
- Payment processors. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and you also agree to that processor's terms. We don't receive or store your full card number. You authorize us, through the processor, to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you agree to.
- Subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll keep access until then. We'll give you advance notice of any price change, and it applies starting with your next billing period after the notice.
- Refunds. Except where required by law or stated at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
- Contributions. Voluntary contributions are gifts to support the Service. They're non-refundable, aren't tax-deductible charitable donations, and don't buy any goods, services, ownership, or special rights, unless we expressly say otherwise when you contribute.
- Failed payments and chargebacks. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may suspend the related paid features until it's resolved.
- Entry fees for leagues we host. If a league we host has an entry fee, we'll state the amount, what it covers, any prizes, and the refund rules for that league before you pay. If we cancel a league before it starts, we'll refund your entry fee. Otherwise, entry fees are non-refundable once the league's schedule is published, unless that league's refund rules say otherwise. Being removed from a league for breaking these terms or the league's rules doesn't entitle you to a refund.
- Prizes. Any prizes for leagues we host are awarded as described for that league. Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged for cash unless we say otherwise. If a prize is unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prizes, and we may ask for information needed to meet tax reporting requirements.
- Fees and prizes in leagues run by other users. Unless we expressly offer a feature that processes them, any entry fees, buy-ins, or prizes in leagues run by other users are arranged directly between players, league managers, and venues. We don't collect, hold, or distribute that money and aren't responsible for it. League managers are responsible for following any laws that apply to fees or prizes they offer.
- Additional terms. Some paid features may come with additional terms that we present when you purchase them. Those terms are added to these Terms. If they conflict, the additional terms control for that feature.
12. Ending your use of the Service
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove your content, if you violate these terms, if we're required to by law, or if your use creates risk or harm for us or other users. We may also change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
After your account is deleted or terminated, we may keep your display name, along with your match results, standings, and statistics, in the records of the leagues you played in, so those leagues' histories stay accurate for their other players.
Sections 5, 8, 11 (for amounts owed and refunds), and 13 through 16 survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that standings, scores, statistics, card data, or prices will be accurate. Keep your own copies of anything important to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEDHLeague, LLC and its members, managers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, the conduct of any league manager, player, or venue, or any in-person event. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain of these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify MyEDHLeague, LLC against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your conduct in or running of a league, or your violation of these terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it.
